This monograph establishes the formal mathematical, thermodynamic, epistemological, constitutional, and cryptographic foundations of the Decentralized Autonomous Defense System (DAS) proposed under the Yoko Hasebe Doctrine (長谷部洋子ドクトリン), and codifies a systemic counter-architecture against the structural pathology of the contemporary generative artificial intelligence industry termed the "Lulu Syndrome" (ルル・シンドローム). We demonstrate through empirical and formal proofs that current hyperscale AI competition has crossed irreversible thresholds across three domains: (1) physical resource expropriation, exemplified by West Des Moines, Iowa data centers consuming 11.5 million gallons (43.5 million liters, or 6% of municipal water supply) in a single drought month during GPT-4 training and projected U.S. AI electricity demand reaching 300 TWh annually by 2028 (equivalent to 28 million households); (2) organizational externalization of safety and fiduciary duty, evidenced by the dissolution of OpenAI's Superalignment Team, unfulfilled 20% safety compute pledges, mass dismantling of platform trust and safety teams, and speculative capital pressure; and (3) epistemological collapse, where recursive training on synthetic outputs induces variance collapse, tail truncation, and progressive Kullback-Leibler divergence blowup (Model Collapse). Moving beyond the utilitarian limitations of U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 107 Fair Use), we ground the DAS Charter and its ten Originator Protection Clauses in Continental and Japanese Moral Rights (Droit Moral, specifically the Right of Integrity / 同一性保持権), Jaron Lanier's Data Dignity framework, and the Japanese ethical triad of Ichigo Ichie (一期一会), Sanpo-yoshi (三方よし), and Ichinichi Ichizen (一日一善). Finally, we specify a deterministic enforcement architecture integrating RTO P2.0, QFS-zkVM over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field (Fp, p = 2^64 - 2^32 + 1), Q-SAFA, PHOENIX_BRIDGE / PHOENIX_ROUTER, Human-in-Command (HIC) governance, SEC Rule 15c3-5 pre-execution kill-switches, and Delaware Caremark oversight standards to execute an enforceable economic and epistemological ultimatum against non-compliant technology platforms.
