Purpose:This study examines the effects of work motivation and the work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Mimpi Indah Group.Methodology:The study surveyed all 34 employees using saturated sampling and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling–partial least squares (SEM-PLS).Findings:Work motivation had positive but insignificant effects on job satisfaction and employee performance. The work environment had positive and significant effects on both outcomes; job satisfaction also significantly improved performance. Job satisfaction did not mediate the motivation–performance relationship but partially mediated the work environment–performance relationship.Implication:The company should prioritize a supportive work environment, adequate facilities, and fair compensation and recognition to improve satisfaction and performance.
