Fernandez et al. (2026) conducted a meta-analysis in Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) (n=953). Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) vs. No cardiac rehabilitation was evaluated on Exercise capacity (pooled treadmill performance in metabolic equivalents of task [METs]) (MD 1.06). Cardiac rehabilitation participation in patients with SCAD increased pooled treadmill performance by 1.06 METs and peak oxygen uptake by 2.89 mL/kg/min, while reducing chest pain by 41-80%.
