This research aims to design and develop a web-based sales information system for Toko Dila SR12 in Lubuk Begalung District, Koto Baru Nan XX, Padang. The study was motivated by the need to integrate product and stock information, customer ordering, cashier transactions, payments, sales records, reporting, activity monitoring, and expired-product returns. The research applies the Waterfall software development approach consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were obtained through direct observation of sales activities, interviews with the owner and administrator, and literature study. The application was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented with PHP and MySQL. The system provides four user roles, namely administrator, owner, cashier, and customer. Implemented functions include product catalog, shopping cart, checkout, customer orders, cashier POS, cash, bank transfer, QRIS/DANA, COD, sales reports, product and category management, user management, activity monitoring, and expired-product returns. Program verification shows that all 39 PHP files passed syntax checking without errors. Functionally, the application structure provides an integrated sales flow from product selection and ordering to cashier processing, sales recording, and report preparation. The study provides a web-based application structure that is aligned with the operational needs documented for Toko Dila SR12.
