Purpose: This study aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for teachers in enforcing student discipline at SMA Dwiwarna (boarding school), Bogor, based on Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikdasmen) No. 4 of 2026 concerning Protection for Educators and Education Personnel. Research Methodology: This study employs an empirical juridical method with a qualitative approach. Primary data were obtained through structured interviews with representatives from SMA Dwiwarna, while secondary data were gathered through literature and document review. Results: The results of the study indicate that legal protection for teachers and dormitory supervisors at SMA Dwiwarna under Permendikdasmen No. 4 of 2026 is highly effective through two strategies: preventive (codes of conduct and parental integrity pacts setting clear disciplinary limits) and repressive (non-litigation mediation with full advocacy from PGRI if litigation occurs). Aligning with child protection laws ensures teacher safety and student rights coexist without fear of criminalization. Conclusions: The implementation of legal protection for teachers at SMA Dwiwarna Bogor effectively combines preventive and restorative strategies, ensuring legal certainty, student rights, and a safe educational environment. Limitations: The scope of this research is limited to a single private boarding school and relies primarily on qualitative interviews with school representatives without direct input from students or parents. Contributions: This study provides educational institutions, school boards, and dormitory supervisors with a concrete implementation model for balancing student discipline with legal protection using preventive integrity pacts and restorative mediation.
