Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting local economic growth, yet many business owners continue to face challenges in building consistent digital branding and implementing effective marketing strategies to compete in an increasingly digital marketplace. This community empowerment activity aimed to strengthen the digital branding capabilities and marketing strategies of MSME actors to improve their business competitiveness. The activity was designed to enhance participants’ understanding and practical skills in developing a consistent business identity, creating promotional content, utilizing digital platforms, and applying appropriate marketing strategies based on their business characteristics. The implementation used an educational and participatory approach consisting of several stages, including identification of participants’ needs, preparation, education and training, demonstration and hands-on practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The activities combined presentations, discussions, demonstrations, direct practice, and individual guidance to encourage participants to apply the materials to their respective businesses. The results indicated that participants demonstrated increased understanding of digital branding and marketing strategies and were able to apply the training materials through the development of business identities, promotional content, and digital marketing practices. The mentoring stage further supported participants in adapting digital branding and marketing strategies to their business conditions. Overall, the activity contributed to strengthening MSME capabilities in utilizing digital platforms and developing more structured marketing practices, thereby supporting efforts to improve business competitiveness in the digital economy. The activity also demonstrates the relevance of community empowerment programs in supporting sustainable MSME development through digital transformation and capacity building.
