This article aims to comprehensively examine the relationship between competitive advantage, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial success through a literature review approach. The method used is a systematic review of various scientific articles, books, research reports, and academic publications discussing MSMEs, competitive advantage, financial literacy, and business success. The study results indicate that competitive advantage is a strategic factor that enables MSMEs to create unique value for customers through product differentiation, innovation, service quality, and the use of technology. Meanwhile, financial literacy contributes to entrepreneurs' ability to make rational business decisions, manage cash flow, develop financial plans, and minimize business risks. This study also found that the influence of financial literacy on business success is often indirect, namely through improving the quality of decision-making and business management efficiency. Conversely, competitive advantage tends to have a more tangible impact on improving business performance because it is directly related to a company's ability to win the market. Therefore, integrating strengthening competitive advantage and improving financial literacy is a crucial strategy for increasing the resilience and sustainability of batik MSMEs in the digital economy era.
