Abstract:Building upon traditional scholarship, and grounded in the "Three-Dual Paradigm & Four-Coherence Criteria" of Kuaijie Sinology, this paper introduces socio-historical realities, behavioral psychology, and human nature deduction to supplement multi-dimensional scenario evidence. It repairs the broken logical links, completes the entire closed loop, and achieves an iterative upgrade in the interpretation of classics, providing an advanced understanding that is verifiable, reproducible, and aligned with real-world environments. The proverb "A man's virtue is his talent, a woman's lack of talent is her virtue" has long been truncated by later generations and misinterpreted as ironclad proof of ancient ethical codes suppressing women's education. Tracing the original text to Chen Jiru's Words of the Elders (late Ming Dynasty), this paper restores the true essence of the phrase. Chen Jiru explicitly acknowledged that women could be literate and understand great principles. However, as a conservative scholar-official with no official administrative power, his statement was essentially a private "family precept" addressing his own female relatives. This paper points out that relying solely on traditional philological literal interpretation cannot achieve a logical closed loop. A complete interpretation must incorporate factors such as historical era, author's identity, age, social background, and behavioral psychology; otherwise, it is merely armchair theorizing. From the perspective of human nature and behavioral psychology, a 79-year-old man's mental energy and behavioral motives are entirely focused on the safety of his own family members. It is absolutely impossible for him to care about whether other women in society are well-educated or well-off. By restoring the text's context, breaking the blind spot of traditional literal interpretation, and completely stripping away later attached labeling narratives, this paper completes a four-dimensional closed-loop verification of semantics, historical facts, sentence structure, and social reality.
