This study aimed to develop and implement a full-stack web platform to support the digital presence and service communication of São José Coworking, located in São José dos Pinhais, Paraná, Brazil. The research adopted an applied case study approach, combining a literature review, an analysis of organizational requirements, platform development, and a preliminary assessment of its implementation and usage. The technological architecture integrated HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the front-end, PHP in the back-end, and MySQL for data storage. The resulting platform was deployed to the organization's official domain, providing information about its facilities, services, plans, and contact channels. Website usage was examined using Google Analytics data collected between September 24 and October 21, 2026. During this period, the platform recorded 233 active users, including 227 new users, approximately 1,300 events, and an average engagement time of 22 seconds per active user. The results provide preliminary evidence of platform access and interaction, particularly with service and contact pages. However, the available data do not establish improvements in administrative efficiency, customer acquisition, or organizational competitiveness. The study demonstrates the practical application of full-stack technologies in a shared workspace and provides a foundation for future evaluations of usability and organizational impact.
