This paper presents a novel aerodynamic application of the Adaptive Memory-Driven Coupling Framework (AMDCF). We adapt the AMDCF Turbulence Flux Law to model the lifespan and dissipation of aircraft wake vortices. By mapping the spanwise velocity profile to the network nodes, we simulate the counter-rotating wake turbulence. The adaptive diffusion term preserves the vortex core structure, while the non-Markovian memory kernel models the historical atmospheric fluctuations. The simulation successfully reproduces the characteristic exponential decay of the vortex core intensity and the spatiotemporal dissipation of energy into the surrounding atmosphere. This framework provides a new mathematical foundation for optimizing airport safety spacing and mitigating wake turbulence hazards.
