The development of information technology has encouraged the use of websites in commercial activities, including the sale of second-hand clothing. Limited product information and promotional activities can make it difficult for customers to obtain information about available products. Therefore, an e-commerce system is needed to provide product information quickly, easily, and systematically. This study aims to design and develop a website-based e-commerce information system for Second By Soft Danga to facilitate product information management, expand marketing reach, and help customers access product information and place orders online. The research method used is a system development method with the Waterfall approach, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature review. Data analysis is conducted descriptively based on user requirements and system testing results. The system is tested using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that each function operates according to the specified requirements. The expected result of this study is the development of a website-based e-commerce system that provides product information, categories, prices, product images, and ordering features. This system is expected to assist Second By Soft Danga in managing product information and make it easier for customers to search for and order second-hand clothing online, thereby improving the effectiveness of information delivery and product marketing.
