Toko Mahagitha in Ende City still manages product data, sales transactions, and customer orders manually, making it prone to recording errors, difficult data retrieval, and time-consuming sales reporting, while customers have no platform to view the product catalog and stock. This research aims to design and build a website-based cosmetic product sales information system to digitalize the sales process, manage product and order data in a structured manner, and make online shopping easier for customers. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, consisting of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. System analysis and design used flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The system was built with the PHP programming language, MySQL database, XAMPP local server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and then tested using Black Box Testing. The result is a website-based information system with three access roles: admin, owner, and customer. Admins can manage product data, verify payments, process orders, record walk-in transactions, and print sales reports, while customers can browse the catalog, place orders, pay online, and track order status. Black Box Testing showed that all main features work properly and meet user requirements. The system minimizes recording errors, speeds up data retrieval, and provides accurate sales reports, thereby improving the operational efficiency of Toko Mahagitha.
