Grand Treatise on Geometric Unification and Topodynamic Field Theory. A research monograph in mathematical physics that brings together the derivations of Topodynamic Field Theory in a single body. The treatise proposes that the metric, the gauge fields and the fermion mass spectrum emerge from a 16-dimensional foliated collector space, M16 = Σ8 × R8, built on the octonion algebra and governed by a Pfaff contact system. SO(8) triality and the Israel junction conditions yield a 17-layer foliation, on which the fermion mass spectrum (via the Lambert W function), the Kaluza-Klein resonances, radion stabilization and a testable phenomenology are derived. The last two chapters address the relation between contact geometry and the zeros of the Riemann zeta function, with verifiable results and without claiming a proof of the Riemann Hypothesis. This version has been thoroughly revised. Each result is labelled as a theorem, a hypothesis, a fitted value or an open problem. Open questions include the origin of the ultraviolet scale behind the electroweak hierarchy, the geometric derivation of the CKM matrix and the Riemann Hypothesis. Spanish and English versions are included. Synthesis of Conceptual Evolution and Formal Audit: The development of this treatise originated from two fundamental geometric intuitions of the author: first, modeling the duality between linearity (free radiation) and curvature (confined mass) through a foliation governed by Pfaffian contact forms (ηₐ) and Frobenius torsion (Fbcᵃ) on a 16-dimensional manifold (M₁₆); second, linking the internal locality of particles with their symplectic area and external extension via an inversely proportional reciprocity law (Rₑₓₜ ∝ 1/Rᵢₙₜ), projected onto 17 modular strata and analytically inverted using Lambert's W₋₁ function. Following the initial drafting assisted by AI, the manuscript underwent an exhaustive iterative process of mathematical debugging and numerical verification to achieve formal audit quality: all fermionic localization parameters were recalculated from first principles, the extrema of the radion stabilization potential were corrected, the non-crossing of leaves in the dyadic Fermat refinement up to $N=65537$ was proven, and all phenomenological, statistical, and spectral expressions were critically audited, strictly separating proven theorems from hypotheses and open problems
