Leadership in the modern business world faces complex dynamics due to the development of globalisation, digitalisation, and increasingly fierce competition. Secular values often dominate leadership practices, so that ethical and spiritual principles are often neglected. On the other hand, the Bible presents the example of Moses' leadership, which prioritises integrity, exemplary behaviour, and obedience to God as the foundation of true leadership. A phenomenon that has emerged is the increasing use of artificial intelligence in modern management, which demands the integration of technology, ethics, and spirituality. The purpose of this study is to formulate the concept of biblical CEO leadership through the integration of Moses' example, Christian business ethics, and modern AI-based management. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach. This study concludes that biblical CEO leadership emphasises the integration of theological values, the example of Moses, and Christian business ethics as a solid moral foundation for strategic decision-making. This approach combines biblical leadership principles with modern AI-based management practices to achieve exponential and sustainable organisational growth. Thus, the biblical CEO leadership model presents a harmonious framework between spirituality, morality, and technological innovation in the dynamics of the contemporary business world.
