This thesis examines the social, economic, psychological, and organizational-pedagogical barriers that hinder the expansion of women's educational opportunities in pedagogical higher education institutions and the development of their academic engagement, professional potential, and research competencies. It explores innovative pedagogical mechanisms for overcoming these barriers, including individual learning pathways, mentoring, digital learning environments, psychological and pedagogical support, and research collaboration. Scientific and methodological recommendations are proposed to enhance women's educational participation through the integration of these mechanisms.
