We consider the formation of 3D distributed light curves based on the combination of generalized spiral phase plates and a composite lens. Such a lens is calculated as a composition of the complex transmission functions of several lenses with different focal lengths. The proposed approach allows us not only to focus specific distributions of light curves at certain distances from the optical element, but also to form combined distributions at intermediate positions along the optical axis. The obtained results may be useful in the field of optical trapping and manipulation, as well as in laser structuring of surfaces of photosensitive materials.
