Burn injuries may cause pain, scar changes, reduced mobility, and functional limitations, making rehabilitation important for recovery. This study aimed to map scientific production on physiotherapy in the treatment of burn patients in Brazil through a scientometric analysis of records available in the Web of Science. This was a descriptive, retrospective, and scientometric study based on a search strategy using English terms related to burns, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation. The search identified 1,554 records and, after applying the Brazil filter, 21 publications were found. Following title and abstract screening, ten studies were selected for analysis. The results showed a diversity of topics, including interventions related to wound healing and scar treatment, pain and itching management, functional assessment, mobilization in intensive care, orofacial rehabilitation, and virtual reality. Among the journals, Burns accounted for six of the ten selected studies. The temporal analysis made it possible to observe the distribution of Brazilian publications over the years, including records up to 2025. The selected publications address different approaches to physiotherapy and rehabilitation for burn patients, although the small number of studies and the exclusive use of the Web of Science limit the scope of the findings.
