Interpersonal skills play a vital role in the personal, academic, and professional development of individuals, and high school students can greatly benefit from the acquisition of effective interpersonal skills. This research represents a training program aimed at enhancing the interpersonal skills of high school students. The program intends to provide students with a supportive learning environment where they can develop key communication skills like verbal, non-verbal, and assertiveness. The training program incorporated a variety of interactive and experiential learning activities to actively engage students. The facilitators guided students through various exercises and provided constructive feedback to help them improve their interpersonal skills. The Interpersonal Skills Inventory (IPSI) was developed and standardized by Jakubuwska, Luba, Sharma, Pooja, and Nigam Shivangi (2018). There were 24 students considered the final sample out of 52 high school students for experiments. To assess the effectiveness of the training program, both qualitative and quantitative methods will be employed. Pre- and post-training assessments were conducted to measure students' interpersonal skill development. This training program aims to equip high school students with essential interpersonal skills that are crucial for their overall growth and success. By fostering effective verbal and non-verbal communication and assertiveness, the program seeks to empower students to navigate social situations confidently, build positive relationships, and prepare them for the challenges of the future.
