Status, stated once and plainly. This is a hypothesis, and it stands on the hypothesis rung. It is the picture I am proposing for what sits inside a black hole and why ordinary matter — hydrogen first — is what falls out at the end of it. The companion papers (101–103) hold only the exterior physics that nobody disputes, kept deliberately cautious. This paper is the other half: the speculative core, the part those papers were built to protect rather than replace. Read it as a proposal to be developed and tested. We did not start out trying to grade black-hole physics. We started with a simpler and stranger question: what is a black hole made from, and why does it hand back hydrogen? Every other account stops at the horizon, calls the inside a singularity, and refuses to say anything more. That refusal is honest, but it is also a wall, and I do not think the wall is the end of the story. Something is going on in there that produces structure — because structure is what comes out. My proposal is that the inside is a machine, and hydrogen is its finished product. This record holds one paper on its own and is refreshed every couple of months.
