Research paper and full reproducibility bundle for a re-analysis of a small cross-sectional survey of twenty lecturers at two private universities in Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia. The survey measured job characteristics (JC), organizational commitment (OC), psychological capital (PC), organizational and national culture (ONC), leader-member exchange (LMX), and job satisfaction (JS). The re-analysis verifies the item-level record against the source study own coding summaries (120 of 120 respondent-by-section blocks exact), reproduces every statistic the source proposal prints, and then strengthens the analysis with bootstrap confidence intervals, permutation tests, nonparametric equivalents, Holm correction, effect sizes, power analysis, regression diagnostics, and leave-one-out sensitivity checks. The result is a fully reported null: no predictor is significantly associated with job satisfaction, the regression explains 9.1 percent of the variance (F(3,16)=0.53, p=.665), all Holm-adjusted p-values equal 1.000, and observed power is .16. Two scales the source never examined fail reliability (ONC alpha=-.933, LMX alpha=.199) and are excluded from confirmatory use. Ten statistical and reporting errors in the source analysis are documented and corrected. The bundle contains the anonymised item-level data (R-01 to R-20, no names, no e-mail addresses, no departments, institutions genericised to Site A/Site B), the parser, the reconstruction auditor, the analysis module, a 26-test verification suite, the machine-readable results, and a pinned environment, so that every number in the paper can be re-derived.
