Digital transformation in the financial and administrative management of social security institutions requires personnel equipped with data analysis skills, administrative precision, and an understanding of financial risk management. The Actuarial Science Study Program at Makassar State University has collaborated with the Makassar Branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Social Security Agency for Employment) through a Field Work Practice (FWP) program, serving as an implementation of work-based learning. This initiative aims to enhance students' competencies in applying data processing concepts, validating financial information, and managing administrative documents that support the partner agency's operational processes. The program utilized a hands-on approach (experiential learning), observation, and workplace mentoring, while actively involving students in financial data processing and digital archiving. The results demonstrate that students successfully contributed to verifying and managing voucher data for programs such as BUBM, JKK, JHT, JP, and JKM; performing data reconciliation across the SMILE information system, Microsoft Excel, and physical documents; and supporting the digitization of financial records. This activity benefited students by improving their data analysis skills and professional work ethic, while simultaneously assisting the partner agency in enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of its financial administrative management. The FWP program highlights the importance of synergy between higher education institutions and the professional world in producing Actuarial Science graduates capable of adapting to the demands of a data-driven industry.
