The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays a strategic role in promoting regional economic growth. However, improving the financial performance of MSMEs remains a significant challenge due to limited financial management capabilities, suboptimal utilization of financial technology, and restricted access to formal financial services. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Financial Literacy, Financial technology, and Financial Inclusion on the Financial Performance of MSMEs in Panji District, Situbondo Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using an associative research design. The population consisted of MSME owners in Panji District, with a sample of 373 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 22. The results indicate that Financial Literacy, Financial technology, and Financial Inclusion have positive and significant effects on the Financial Performance of MSMEs, both partially and simultaneously. Simultaneously, these three variables explain 64.8% of the variation in the financial performance of MSMEs, while the remaining 35.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
