Generation Z's financial Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) is increasingly prevalent amid rapid technological advancement and the expansion of digitalization. This research investigates how financial literacy and technological ease of use affect financial FOMO, with digitalization serving as a mediating variable, specifically among members of Primagraha University's Indonesian Student Association (PMII). Using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology on a sample of 94 respondents, the findings demonstrate that technological ease of use exerts a positive and significant influence on both digitalization and financial FOMO. Digitalization was further confirmed to significantly predict financial FOMO. In contrast, financial literacy showed no significant direct effect on either digitalization or financial FOMO. Additionally, the mediation analysis revealed that digitalization fully mediates the relationship between technological ease of use and financial FOMO.
