Cyberbullying has become a significant educational risk as adolescents increasingly interact through social media and digital communication, while guidance and counseling services in madrasahs still face limitations in reporting, documentation, and coordination. This study aims to formulate a conceptual management model for integrating digital applications into guidance and counseling services to prevent cyberbullying at MTsN 7 Jakarta. A qualitative case study involving 12 purposively selected informants was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, document reviews, and a screening questionnaire, then analyzed through coding, categorization, thematic identification, interpretation, and triangulation. The findings indicate that guidance and counseling services were active, but reporting, documentation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation remained fragmented. The proposed model integrates QR-code access, anonymous or identified reporting, professional verification, risk-based counseling responses, collaborative follow-up, and the Approling dashboard. Governance follows the POACE cycle, while technology integration is mapped through the SAMR framework. The model is supported by institutional commitment, peer counselors, parental involvement, and students’ digital familiarity. Digital integration may strengthen accessibility, confidentiality, early detection, coordination, and professional, ethical, humanistic, and data-protected counseling services despite counseling stigma, unequal digital literacy, and dependence on devices and internet access.
