Objective: The implementation of industrial work culture in Vocational High Schools (SMK) constitutes a strategic pillar in aligning graduate competencies with the needs of the Business and Industrial World (DUDI). This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 5S work culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) in the Motorcycle Engineering and Business (TBSM) workshop at SMK Islamiyah Adiwerna as an effort to strengthen students' mental readiness and work character. The research employed a descriptive mixed-methods approach involving 30 students (8 tenth-grade students and 22 twelfth-grade students), none of whom had previously undertaken Industrial Work Practice (PKL). Data were gathered through a 4-point Likert scale closed questionnaire and open-ended questions, subsequently analyzed using percentage techniques and qualitative thematic analysis. The results indicate that the aspects of Seiton (93.3%), Seiso (93.3%), Seiketsu (90.0%), and Shitsuke (90.0%) were carried out exceptionally well through the orderly arrangement of tools on shadow boards and a solid awareness of the importance of occupational safety. A significant constraint was identified in the Seiri pillar, where 33.3% of respondents still left unused equipment on the practical workbenches. The primary operational obstacles stemmed from inconsistent individual discipline (negligent attitudes and joking around), waste lubricant spills, and the absence of structured workshop duty roster regulations.
