The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Turnover Intention at PT ISS Facility Services Bintaro Tangerang Selatan, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with an associative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 63 employees of PT ISS Facility Services, with a sample of 63 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test) with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of the partial analysis show that the Work-Life Balance variable (X1) has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention (Y), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The variable Perceived Organizational Support (X2) has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention (Y), so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Simultaneously, Work-Life Balance and Perceived Organizational Support have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, indicated by the calculated F value of 56.282 > Ftable 3.15, and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so that H₀ is rejected and H3 is accepted. The R Square value of 0.652 shows that the two independent variables are able to explain 65.2% of the variation in Turnover Intention, while 34.8% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Thus, the regression model used is declared feasible and able to explain the contribution of the variables Work-Life Balance and Perceived Organizational Support to Turnover Intention at PT ISS Facility Services Bintaro Tangerang Selatan.
