In an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) global environment, organizations face dual pressures to optimize existing operational capabilities while aggressively deploying digital innovations. This study investigates the structural mechanisms through which ambidextrous leadership drives sustainable organizational resilience via the mediating role of dynamic enterprise agility within emerging-market business enterprises. Anchored in the Dynamic Capabilities Framework and the Resource-Based View (RBV), we posit a structural model examining exploratory and exploitative leadership behaviors, process agility, market responsiveness, and multifaceted resilience (operational, financial, and strategic). Employing a cross-sectional, quantitative survey design, empirical data were gathered from N=412 senior executives, general managers, and chief technology officers across technology-enabled, manufacturing, and financial services firms in India. Structural Equation Modeling via Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) was utilized to test the hypothesized paths and mediation effects. The results demonstrate that ambidextrous leadership exerts a statistically significant positive effect on organizational resilience (=0.342,p<0.001) and enterprise agility (=0.584,p<0.001). Furthermore, enterprise agility significantly mediates the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and organizational resilience (=0.286,p<0.001), accounting for a substantial indirect effect. The findings provide practical and theoretical frameworks for enterprise leaders navigating digital transformations under UGC-CARE and global research benchmark criteria, highlighting that structural ambidexterity without dynamic process adaptation yields suboptimal long-term stability.
