Perancangan Sistem Informasi Persediaan Factory Supplies Berbasis Web pada PT. Pinnacle Apparels

Inventory management of factory supplies at PT Pinnacle Apparels still faces challenges in recording, monitoring stock, and preparing reports because the data management process has not been optimally integrated. This study aims to develop a web-based Factory Supplies Inventory Information System that can support inventory management in a more structured and efficient manner. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), consisting of problem identification, data collection, product design, validation, improvement, testing, and product revision. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The developed system provides features for managing material data, suppliers, incoming stock, outgoing stock, and inventory reports. The system also provides data filtering and report export features in Excel and PDF formats. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that each function operates according to the requirements. The results show that the system can support the recording of incoming and outgoing materials, stock monitoring, and inventory reporting. The developed system can be used to support factory supplies inventory management at PT Pinnacle Apparels.
