Outpatient medical record reporting at RSUD Pangeran Jaya Sumitra still requires manual recapitulation, creating potential data discrepancies. This study aims to develop the SINAR Application as an outpatient reporting dashboard integrated with SIMRS Khanza. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining qualitative methods to identify user needs and quantitative methods to evaluate functionality, usability, performance, and data conformity. System development followed the Waterfall method, consisting of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This web-based application utilizes MySQL and SIMRS Khanza as the primary data source. Features include visitor, visit, and top 10 outpatient disease reports with PDF and Excel export options. Black-box testing showed all features functioned according to specifications. Usability testing involving 10 respondents resulted in a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 77.75 (Good category, Grade B). Report generation time was reduced from 45 minutes to under 5 minutes, with system response times between 3.66 and 11.70 seconds. Data conformity reached 98.63% (5,996 SIMRS Khanza records vs. 6,079 dashboard records). Future developments should focus on enhancing data security and load testing.
