Digital transformation in the government sector encourages the use of information systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of personnel administration. One implementation of this digital transformation is the use of the website-based Smart ASN application at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jambi Province. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Smart ASN application, evaluate the system's features and functions, measure the effectiveness of the online attendance system, and identify obstacles faced by users. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 112 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) users of Smart ASN. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application through descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results show that the system's features and functions have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of Smart ASN with a significance value of 0.006. The effectiveness of the online attendance system also has a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 and is the most dominant variable. Meanwhile, system obstacles and problems do not have a significant effect on the implementation of Smart ASN with a significance value of 0.295. The coefficient of determination value of 80.9% indicates that the research model is able to explain the success of the system implementation very well. This study concludes that Smart ASN has supported the digitalization of personnel administration and has been positively received by users.
