Breast cancer control in Indonesia is a government priority under the National Cancer Control Strategy 2024–2034, yet early prevention education has not equally reached adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and multiple disabilities. Rumah Autis recognizes this risk but faces limited understanding and a lack of inclusive breast self-examination (SADARI) educational media. Existing media mostly rely on lengthy texts, abstract verbal explanations, or sensory-unfriendly demonstrations, whereas adolescents with special needs require repeatable and easy-to-imitate visual information. Therefore, a program was conducted to develop and train 50 participants—comprising parents, volunteers, and the Rumah Autis caregiver team—on using artificial intelligence (AI)-based demonstration videos and pictogram cards called SADARI Ceria (Breast Self-Examination: Smart, Friendly, and Inclusive). Evaluation results showed that 68% of participants knew about SADARI, 96% understood the function of demonstration videos, 92% understood the function of pictogram cards, 42% were able to use both media, and 44% were moderately able to assist adolescents with special needs in recognizing bodily changes and communicating complaints to parents, caregivers, or health workers
