School financial administration management plays an important role in supporting the effective delivery of educational services. Madrasah Aliyah Asy-Syarifiyah Guntur Demak still manages its financial administration processes manually through written records and Microsoft Excel documents that are not yet integrated. This condition causes several problems, including uncentralized data management, difficulties in retrieving financial information, delays in preparing reports, potential recording errors, and limitations in providing payment information to students’ parents or guardians. These issues indicate the need for an information system capable of integrating financial administration processes more effectively. This study aims to design and develop a web-based financial information system that can support the integrated management of school financial administration. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed system provides several main features, including student data management, payment billing, financial transactions, recording of cash receipts and expenditures, student savings management, financial reports, and automatic WhatsApp notifications for payment information. The results show that the developed web-based financial information system can improve the effectiveness of financial administration management through centralized data storage, easier access to information, faster report generation, and reduced risk of recording errors. In addition, the WhatsApp notification feature helps improve communication between the school and parents regarding students’ payment obligations. Therefore, the developed system can support a more structured, transparent, and accountable financial administration process at Madrasah Aliyah Asy-Syarifiyah Guntur Demak.
