Breaking Physical Boundaries in Solid-State Storage: The VF-SSD Architecture Conventional non-volatile flash storage is fundamentally limited by physical wear degradation (P/E cycle limits) and heavy error-correction (ECC) overhead. To overcome these barriers, we introduce the Vortex-Field Solid-State Drive (VF-SSD)—an independent hardware processor featuring conservative gauge field mapping and a deterministic 4-phase synchronous pipeline (IDLE, PROCESS, DECODE, DONE). Validated through rigorous Icarus Verilog hardware simulation, the VF-SSD core achieves absolute 1:1 lossless data parity with a zero bit error rate (BER=0BER=0), successfully bypassing traditional physical wear mechanisms. This publication establishes a legally binding defensive prior art timestamp on Zenodo, while delivering a verified, enterprise-ready IP core primed for FPGA synthesis and proprietary SoC integration.
