This paper presents a philosophical inquiry into modern science, its destructive potential, its practical utility, and its relationship with human life and existence. Science has contributed greatly to human knowledge, healthcare, communication, and everyday convenience. However, when scientific power becomes detached from human wisdom, responsibility, and the broader interests of life, it may also contribute to destructive outcomes, dependency, divided attention, and inner disconnection. The paper examines the distinction between scientific knowledge and its uses, technological convenience and lived experience, human needs and expanding desires, production and human well-being. It also explores the relationship between science, existence, duality, non-duality, perception, and freedom. Through the philosophical perspective of Vedanta 2.0, the study considers science as an expression of existence and reflects on the possibility of a more balanced, conscious, and responsible way of living. The study follows a conceptual and philosophical approach rather than empirical experimentation or statistical analysis. Its interpretations and proposals are philosophical arguments, not established scientific findings. It does not reject science; rather, it invites reflection on its purpose, use, responsibility, and relationship with life.
