This article explores the transformation of a company’s strategic architecture within the context of the digital economy. It examines the evolution of management concepts from linear business models to platform-based and ecosystem-oriented formats of business organization. Based on an analysis of theoretical approaches to strategic management, digital transformation, and the ecosystem logic of value creation, the study substantiates the necessity of transitioning from hierarchically structured architectures to modular, platform, and network-based structures. The author identifies key elements of strategic architecture in the digital environment: the digital platform, data as a strategic resource, partner networks, customer ecosystems, digital competencies, and innovation management mechanisms. Based on the results of the research, a model for the transformation of a company’s strategic architecture is proposed, incorporating stages of digital maturity and the institutionalization of ecosystem interactions.
