Human Capital Management Tools in a Digital Environment: Integrating Agile Practices, Data Hr, and Corporate Communications

This article defined key terms related to the research topic (human capital, digital economy, Agile practitioner, Data HR), and substantiated the relevance of studying human capital management tools in a digital environment through the integration of Agile practices, Data HR, and corporate communications. A key focus was placed on Big Data HR. The components of the SAP Success Factors cloud technology mechanism were defined, and its key advantages, based on an analysis of international practices, were highlighted. Furthermore, while summarizing the analysis results, areas for growth requiring specific improvements were identified. A list of potential improvements is provided at the end of this research article.
