Ordered Ratios Are Scale-Blind: The Ordered-Profile Reading, Stated in Full, Fails on Scale and on Phase

Works the unnamed residue of sweep item D-361-409-45 (packet #408's expiry route (ii), grade C) at its Wave 18 shape -- an ordered phase-carrying non-linear constraint language, constraints genuinely involving how the projections' phases are arranged along the positions, stated in full, or a fifth hypothesis outside the seven closed places -- and strengthens the obstruction at INCREMENTAL grade within a further stated class; the item is not retired and neither of the crew's two items is closed. The candidate, ordered-profile recovery (constraints: equality at every refinement of the projection density's ordered increment profile, the sequence of adjacent-cell complex ratios r_j = fⱼ₊₁ / f_j in position order), is stated in full and does real work: it meets (i) unbounded refinement and (ii) fixing no rectangle value or modulus, separates the point carrier (0 defined increments against the true 5,999), separates #501's phase-scrambled carrier (exactly 1 of 5,999 increments differs, the flip's torn edge; mean cos 0.999647 against 0.999980), separates #508's rearrangement counter-carrier (202 of 5,999 increments differ; ordered statistic 0.999032 against 0.999980) at zero distance in every distribution datum, and separates the free and oscillator profiles (5,998 of 5,999 increments differ). It then fails clause (iii) twice against counter-carriers constructed for it: the scale carrier (the density doubled: profile identical with maximum difference 0.000, midpoint rectangle 0.066393 -> 0.132786, windowed endpoint integral 0.441980 -> 0.883961) and the global-phase carrier (a constant potential V = 5, the density times e-iVT: profile identical to 1.375e-15, complex endpoint integrals differing by 0.414438 at equal modulus 0.346246 -- a datum the distribution candidate could see). The anchored variant (profile plus one absolute datum) telescopes to the density itself (reconstruction error 4.104e-15, rectangle recovered at 0.066393) and so fails clause (ii) in the closure, with the variation sum to 1.563170e90 following against H2. The failure is class-wide for ratio-factored readings. Surviving residue: an ordered, non-ratio-factored, non-completable phase-carrying language, stated in full, or a fifth hypothesis from outside the seven places (none proposed; no exterior shown).
