Ordered Differences Are Translation-Blind: A Profile That Sees Scale and Phase, and Misses the Constant

Works the unnamed residue of sweep item D-361-409-45 (packet #408's expiry route (ii), grade C) at its Wave 19 shape -- a non-completable ordered phase-carrying language stated in full (not linear, not modulus-, distribution-, or ratio-factored; fixing the density's scale and absolute phase without fixing any rectangle in its closure; not completable to the full increment profile by a single absolute datum), or a fifth hypothesis outside the seven closed places -- and strengthens the obstruction at INCREMENTAL grade within a further stated class; the item is not retired and neither of the crew's two items is closed. True chain verified against the tree and gated in order, #485 first (flag 27: packet #486 is not a predecessor): #485 (Wave 15) -> #494 (linear) -> #501 (modulus) -> #508 (distribution) -> #517 (ratio). The candidate, ordered-difference recovery (constraints: equality at every refinement of the projection density's ordered difference profile, the sequence of adjacent-cell differences d_j = fⱼ₊₁ - f_j in position order), is stated in full and does the widest work of any candidate in the chain: it meets (i) unbounded refinement and (ii) fixing no rectangle value or modulus, and separates all five predecessor counter-carriers -- the point carrier (2 nonzero differences against the true 5,998 nonzero of 5,999), the phase-scrambled carrier (3,000 of 5,999 differences differ), the rearrangement counter-carrier (202 of 5,999), the scale carrier (maximum profile difference 0.003645: differences see scale) and the global-phase carrier (maximum 0.004570: differences see absolute phase). It then fails clause (iii) against this crew's translation carrier (the density plus 0.05i: profile identical to 2.776e-17, midpoint rectangle 0.066393 -> 0.056393, windowed endpoint integral shifted by exactly 0.300000), and its anchored variant (profile plus one cell value) telescopes by summation to the density itself (reconstruction error 2.168e-19, rectangle recovered at 0.066393) and so fails clause (ii) in the closure, with the variation sum to 1.563170e90 following against H2. The failure is class-wide for difference-factored readings; the printed reduction to the Wave 16 linear class (each difference is a pairing) is scoped in the manuscript -- the anchored horn is that closure in kind, the unanchored translation blindness is new. Surviving residue: an ordered, non-ratio-factored, non-difference-factored, doubly non-completable phase-carrying language, stated in full, or a fifth hypothesis from outside the seven places (none proposed; no exterior shown).
