Ordered Phases Are Scale-Blind: The Argument Profile Sees Arrangement, Phase and Level — and No Magnitude at All

Works register item D-361-409-45 (house packet #408's expiry condition, grade C) at its Wave 20 shape -- an ordered, phase-carrying constraint language not factored through any of the five closed classes (linear, modulus, distribution, ratio, difference), fixing the density's scale, absolute phase and additive level, completable to neither the full increment profile nor the full difference profile by a single absolute datum -- and reports a sixth factored class closed, at INCREMENTAL grade; the item is not retired and neither of the crew's two items is closed. The candidate, ordered argument-profile recovery (equality, at every refinement, of the projection density's ordered argument profile: the sequence of arguments arg f_j in position order), is stated in full and attacked against all six standing counter-carriers on the chain's priced grid (6,000 cells): it separates the point carrier (1 defined argument of 6,000 against 6,000), the phase-scrambled carrier (3,000 of 6,000 arguments differ, by pi), the rearrangement counter-carrier (200 of 6,000, maximum circular difference 2.194755), the constant-potential global-phase carrier (all 6,000 differ, every one by the uniform circular distance 1.283185 = 2 pi - 5 -- absolute phase fixed) and the translation carrier f + 0.05i (all 6,000 differ, maximum 0.151191 -- the additive level's effect on the phases seen). It then fails clause (iii) on magnitude: the doubled density has an identical argument profile (maximum circular difference 0.000000) while its rectangle doubles 0.066393 -> 0.132786 and its endpoint integral doubles 0.441980 -> 0.883961, and this crew's pointwise positive-rescaling carrier (2 + cos m) f likewise has an identical profile while its rectangle moves to 0.199068 and its endpoint integral to 1.304313. The failure is class-wide for argument-factored readings (blindness to every pointwise positive rescaling), and one-horned: completed by a single absolute datum (first cell held identical) the profile still does not determine the density and fixes no rectangle, so clause (ii) is met anchored and unanchored. Six factored classes now stand closed; the survivor must carry phase arrangement and magnitude information jointly, factored through neither alone. No fifth hypothesis is proposed; no exterior to the census's seven places is shown. All predecessor exhibits gated in chain order, #485 first (flag 27 re-verified: #486 is not a predecessor). Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
