Reunion of paper #264's two items on the globular-cluster delay step, gated jointly: D-257-272-33 (packet #380 -- the 0.23 systematic was printed on the cluster age as a stellar-modelling budget in Part II and never was the delay's budget; restoring the series' own sigma_Delta approx 0.11 gives total 0.357 Gyr against the printed 0.340, 0.345 at the smallest honest reading) and D-257-272-32 (packet #404 -- marginalisation over any width sigma_Delta>0 strictly widens the statistical error; at the series' width the line prints 0.27 not 0.25, and even a rounding-hidden marginalisation needs sigma_Delta<0.0502, beaten 2.2x by the series' own width). The delay lives in neither printed line. INCREMENTAL. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
