This study analyzed interfaces among Health Law, the educational dimension of Nursing Ethics Committees, and undergraduate nursing ethics education. Findings recorded in a comparative matrix supported four axes: continuous ethical-legal education; ethical-legal dilemmas; Health Law and professional legislation; and responsibility, autonomy, and decision-making. The proposal is academic, preserves the legal duties of NECs, and requires empirical evaluation.
