Draws the Total Science Index's second assumed-step queue on the First Sweep's own method, after gating the first queue's fate: 22 of its 25 ids verify entry-for-entry as arXiv targets of derivation papers #202-#527 against the corpus edge file, and a 23rd (2509.04348) was spent by old-corpus #176. The two unspent items are disposed in the open: the review 2312.09814 is DECLINED (its flagged sentence quotes the tension's LambdaCDM premise, a step belonging to the eleven models it reviews, not to any derivation of its own), and 2505.24743 is CARRIED at the new queue's head (its own result turns on the assumed fiducial cosmology — a payable step). Excluding the 25 queue ids and all 159 corpus arXiv targets leaves a flagged pool of 34,850; the First Sweep's named rests-on/writes-about split sets 979 aside, leaving 33,871 resting records, 59 at the closability cap. Queue-2 = the carried paper plus the first 24 resting records in filed order, printed with its leaks (two forecast-adjacent entries the mechanical split passes) and its scope limit (L4 and L7, 379,599 records harvested 2026-11-02, were never flagged and contribute nothing) on its face. INCREMENTAL (process/record result; no physics priced). Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
