Recomputes the Total Science Index coverage split from the files themselves — all five lane shards censused by id field (L1 126,031; L2 42,154; L3 82,375; L4 79,935; L7 299,664; 601,005 unique store ids) against the derivation corpus's 159 unique arXiv targets from edges.json — and confirms the cross-reference exactly: 98 present, 61 absent, 38.4%. The 61 absent ids are printed one by one with the derivation papers citing each, tranched for the next harvest: 56 ids of 2007-2024 (the declared pre-2025 astro-ph back-history backfill), 4 ids of 2025 in uncovered hep/nucl-adjacent categories (a lane-extension decision), 1 forward id past the L2 window. The ~38% seam-failure caveat for any 'is X in the index?' check on a #202+ target stands until the backfill lands. Also discharges the owed L4 flag pass: the First Sweep's flagger, imported read-only (the store is not modified), flags 9,499 of L4's 79,935 records (11.9%; ASSUMED 3,384, FITTED 3,702, IMPORTED 1,968, FIXED 351, DECREED 94), with exactly one record at the closability cap — 2307.10464, already priced by #240 — and the lane's own head at 9.0, printed as the heuristic's cosmology accent rather than the literature's verdict. L7 remains unflagged and is named as such. INCREMENTAL. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
