Paper #423's census of quadratic Poincare gauge theory came back 'no healthy vacuum twist' -- this paper draws the fence around that sentence. I re-run #423's exhibits digit for digit, then count the total-science store's actual Poincare-gauge holdings by their titles: 102 entries, 96 distinct papers, all 96 in the gr-qc layer, from gr-qc/9209013 on. (My brief said 101 and 95; the store says 102 and 96, and the paper prints the store's numbers and the difference.) Sorted into twelve classes, five holdings are the spectrum-and-health class the verdict is about, two are the parity-odd class it priced structurally with a residue, seven are Hamiltonian gate-neighbours, eighteen are cosmology with one limb touched, three are the cubic class it priced as a remainder from a paper not in the store -- and sixty-one of the ninety-six sit in classes the census never exhibited at all. The systematic census (1812.02675v2), read whole, is parity-preserving by construction: 1,918 critical cases, 450 ghost-and-tachyon-free, 10 power-counting renormalizable. The verdict does not shrink inside its class; its domain is now stated on its face: a verdict on the quadratic class's vacuum sector, claiming nothing outside it. Quantum gravity is NOT SOLVED. The vacuum catastrophe is NOT SOLVED.
