Citation-repair packet printing paper #211's sharpness result at paper #67's address. Paper #67 (Assault on the Vacuum) bought the programme's first finite ceilings at adopted grade -- Lambda <= 1, Sigma_grain <= 121/160000 hbar, c_Delta <= 0.0015125 -- and paper #211 proved them sharp against the owned record (the dilution d is non-identifiable: a rim-relabelling family realises every d in (0,1] under one identical record, so the ceilings' supremum is exact and no computation from owned quantities can tighten them; tightening is equivalent to pricing alpha_rim from outside the record). Both papers gated digit-for-digit: the fractions 121/160000 = 0.00075625 and 121/80000 = 0.0015125, and #211's family table (d = 0.5, 0.25, 0.074932, 0.024967). The premise is stated at its true size: #211 references the Assault by title but cites #67 by number zero times. INCREMENTAL, the target's ceiling; neither parent's grade moves and the producing-count remains 0. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
