Reconfigurable metasurfaces are pivotal for dynamic electromagnetic (EM) wave manipulation in modern antenna and communication systems. However, existing designs generally offer limited degrees of freedom, making independent control over multiple EM dimensions challenging. Here, we present a universal reconfigurable metasurface platform that enables kaleidoscopic EM wave manipulation across the spatial, polarization, and spectral domains. The metasurface element employs a cross‐shaped resonator integrated with tunable positive–intrinsic–negative diodes, enabling three distinct operating states: two mirror‐symmetric configurations for 1‐bit cross‐polarized phase modulation and one high‐efficiency co‐polarized reflection mode. Experimental demonstrations conducted in both spatial and temporal domains validate its versatility, including dynamic linear polarization control, near‐field focusing, programmable far‐field beamforming, harmonic generation, and spectral energy redistribution. By unifying multiple EM functionalities within a single reconfigurable platform, the proposed approach expands the operational capabilities of EM wave manipulation, offering potential for intelligent wireless environments and advanced radar systems.
