Purpose: The article is aimed at investigating the factors of investment planning in the process of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine’s economy and evaluating the basis for the use of intelligent decision support systems in the strategic management of investment activities. Design/Methodology/Approach: Economic and mathematical methodologies, including regression modelling, correlation analysis, and statistical analysis, were implemented. The empirical base was formed using Ukraine’s macroeconomic indicators for 2016–2026, characterising economic growth, investment activity, macroeconomic stability, and the development of the digital economy. Several econometric models were built to assess the impact of investment factors on economic growth. Research Limitation: The study is based on 11 annual observations (2016–2026, partly projected) of Ukraine’s macroeconomic indicators and provides a basis for further research on investment planning during post-war reconstruction. Findings: Macroeconomic and investment indicators alone did not significantly explain the dynamics of economic growth (R² = 0.423), while the model including institutional and structural indicators achieved R² = 0.995, with industrial production and foreign direct investment as significant factors. The share of Information and Communication Technology services exports increased from 18.56% in 2016 to 53.18% in 2026, indicating the growing role of the digital economy in post-war recovery. Practical Implication: Intelligent decision support systems can support strategic investment management by predicting investment outcomes, identifying reconstruction priorities, and forming optimal investment portfolios. Social Implication: More effective investment planning can contribute to sustainable post-war economic recovery. Originality/Value: The study substantiates the use of intelligent decision support systems as a basis for strategic investment management in Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction.
