The use of instructional media is crucial for supporting students understanding and learning outcomes. One such medium is the interactive flipbook, which presents material in an engaging and interactive way. This study aims to determine whether the use of interactive flipbooks as instructional media affects learning outcomes in the subject of Pancasila Education. This study employed a quantitative approach using a nonequivalent control group quasi-experimental design, accompanied by pretest-posttest measurements, involving 67 students, 33 in the experimental class and 34 in the control class. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, including pretests and posttests. Data analysis was conducted using normality tests, homogeneity tests, the Mann-Whitney U test, and effect size calculations. The results showed that the average posttest score for the experimental class (86.52) was higher than that of the control class (75.74). The Mann-Whitney U test revealed a significant difference in learning outcomes (p < 0.001), which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, thus indicating a statistically significant difference in learning outcomes. An effect size of 0.50 indicates a large effect and a relatively significant difference in learning outcomes between the two groups. Thus, interactive flipbooks have the potential to support learning outcomes in Pancasila Education.
