This study aimed to evaluate the post-graduation outcomes of BS Electronics Engineering (ECE) graduates from Mindanao State University - General Santos (MSU-GSC) for the years 2018 to 2023, focusing on employment trends, skill utilization, and curriculum alignment with industry demands. The results highlighted a strong employability rate of 82.86%, with 60% of graduates obtaining professional licensure, including dual certifications. The program was also found to significantly contribute to the development of essential skills, with 94% of respondents acknowledging the relevance of their education to their job roles, and 84% recognizing the value of critical thinking and teamwork. Despite these strengths, the study identified key areas for improvement, notably in the provision of hands-on experience, with 81% of graduates advocating for increased practical training. Furthermore, gaps were found in laboratory facilities and industry-specific knowledge, indicating a need for greater alignment between theoretical instruction and real-world applications. In light of these findings, the study recommends expanding practical training opportunities, enhancing laboratory resources, and strengthening industry partnerships to better equip graduates for evolving industry needs and improve their career prospects. These recommendations aim to further enhance the program's effectiveness in preparing graduates for long-term professional success.
