Legal policy of modern Russia in the field of strengthening traditional spiritual and moral values: key goals and objectives

The article consistently examines the issues of goals and objectives of the legal policy of the Russian Federation in the field of strengthening traditional spiritual and moral values. The tasks of legal policy set out by the author are complemented by their classification, which makes it possible to more fully reflect the nature of the strategic actions of the state and civil society aimed at preserving and spreading traditional spiritual and moral values. A brief description of the current political context is given, within the framework of which a legal policy is being developed. The current threats and challenges facing the Russian state are outlined, which determine the goals and objectives of legal policy in the field of strengthening traditional spiritual and moral values.
